Optometrist
Charlotte (Norma’s daughter) graduated from Manchester University in 2009. She then moved to London before returning to Wales in 2013, to join the family practice. She has since undertaken additional qualifications earning a professional certificate in both Glaucoma and Low Vision. Charlotte is a member of the College of Optometrists and the Association of Optometrists.
Optometrist
Chris graduated from the University of Ulster in 2006. He completed his pre-registration year in Sheffield before moving to London where he met his wife Charlotte. Chris has been working at Norma Davies Opticians since 2014 during which time he has undertaken further qualifications in the early detection of glaucoma, earning a professional certificate in Glaucoma. Chris is a member of the College of Optometrists and the Association of Optometrists.
Optometrist
Norma is a fluent Welsh speaker, who graduated from what is now Cardiff University in 1972. She established Norma Davies Opticians in 1975.
Practice Manager & Dispensing Optician
Lucy has worked in optics since 2013 and qualified as a dispensing optician in 2018 from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She joined Norma Davies Opticians in 2017 and was promoted to Practice Manager in 2023. Lucy mainly works in our Carmarthen practice.
Dispensing Optician
Sharon has worked in optics since 2006 and qualified as a dispensing optician in 2011 from Canterbury Christchurch University. She joined Norma Davies Opticians in 2016. Sharon works across both our Carmarthen and Morriston practices.
Dispensing Optician
Lisa has been working in optics since 2002. She qualified as a Dispensing Optician through the ABDO College in Canterbury in 2011. She is based in our Morriston practice.
DISPENSING OPTICIAN
Shane has been working in optics since 2013. He qualified as a Dispensing Optician through the ABDO College in Canterbury in 2019. Shane joined Norma Davies Opticians in 2022.

Jill is well known to our patients having worked in the practice since 1982! She has a wealth of experience in optics and is based in our Morriston practice.

Kath who speaks Welsh as her first language has worked in the practice since 2007. She is based in our Carmarthen and Llandysul practices.
